CHARLOTTE, NC (March 10, 2008) – Upstream Restaurant's Executive Chef Tom Condron and Chef de Cuisine Scott Wallen will prepare a special wine dinner featuring the superb wines of Pine Ridge & Archery Summit. The vineyards of Pine Ridge are located in the heart of Napa Valley and known for producing critically-acclaimed Cabernet Sauvignons and Chardonnays. Archery Summit also produces award-winning vintages, with Wine Spectator Magazine touting the vineyard's Pinot Noir as the "Rolls-Royce of Oregon Pinot Noirs."
Upstream guests will have any opportunity to experience these wines at a five course dinner on Tuesday, March 25. Cost is $75.00, exclusive. Reservations are limited and can be made at 704.556.7730.
