Host Wine Dinner Featuring

Newton Wines – March 18, 2008

CHARLOTTE, NC (March 6, 2008) – M5 Modern Mediterranean, the popular and chic Southpark dining destination, and Arthur's Restaurants & Wine Shop in Belk at Southpark Mall are joining forces to feature Newton wines at a special dinner on Tuesday, March 18.  The event, to be held at M5, starts at 6:30pm with a casual reception that includes passed M5 Mediterranean tapas and Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Champagne. 

Sara Daigler, director of sales for Moet Hennessy, will be on hand throughout the evening to answer guests' questions and to discuss pairing Newton wines with various types of cuisine.  Executive Chef Tom Condron has created an authentic Mediterranean menu to feature with the wines, including seasonal ingredients and robust flavors.  The dinner will start at 7pm and feature the following food and wine pairings:
