MIMOSA GRILL OFFERS GUESTS AN
EGGS-TRAVAGANT
WAY TO CELEBRATE EASTER
CHARLOTTE, NC (March 10, 2008) — Mimosa Grill, a favorite Uptown dining destination, will offer a fine "Southern" Easter Brunch Buffet for the whole family on Sunday, March 23. The cost is $27.95 per person and $10.95 for children 12 and under. Reservations can be made at 704.343.0700.
Mimosa’s elaborate buffet will feature more than 40 delicious dishes. In addition, guests will be presented with a Southern Tapas Menu which includes seven breakfast-style dishes made to order. These include Southern Eggs ‚Benne,‛ Pan Sautéed Carolina Crab Cake, Stuffed French Toast, Pecan Crusted Carolina Brook Trout, Slow Roasted Niman Ranch Pork, "Duke & Eggs," and Baked Garganali Pasta. Guests are invited to order as many of these small plates as they like.
